Document Wallet Personnel File
The humble document wallet is made from 285gsm card and has a pocket and a flap that folds over. These are ideal for use as a personnel folder as they will hold up to 150 sheets of A4 paper and can fit neatly into a filing cabinet or in a desk filing drawer.
The standard document wallet is available in a good selection of colours, therefore if you categorize your employees, this may help. This type of wallet comes in half flap of full flap versions, ideal if you want to put lots of information on the front flap. Using this style of wallet eliminates the need to punch the papers.
There is a range of plastic document wallets that can be used for HR records. These generally would have a press stud fastener to keep documents secure. Polypropylene folders tend to last longer than the card variety and can be wiped clean should they get dirty. This makes them ideal in environments where files can get dirty, greasy or wet.
Flat Bar Files For Personnel
The flat bar file is a simple file that has a capacity of 200 sheets of A4 or foolscap paper. It is made from strong 285gsm card and is available in a selection of colours. They have a 2 piece clip to hold the papers and one the documents are punched and inserted, they are very secure.
