PEACH-Y ICE LOLLY
INGREDIENTS
4x large peaches
juice 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp sugar
METHOD
Remove the stones from the peaches, chop roughly (leave the skin – this is where all the goodness lies) and blitz in a blender until smooth. Add lemon juice and sugar to taste – how much you use will depend upon the ripeness of the peaches. Freeze and enjoy!
CHOC-OCADO ICE LOLLY
INGREDIENTS
1x avocado
1x banana
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup almond milk
METHOD
Blitz all the ingredients apart from the almond milk in a blender. Add almond milk slowly until desired consistency is achieved (like double cream). Freeze and enjoy!
BANANA AND YOGURT ICE POP
INGREDIENTS
3x bananas
100ml of Greek yogurt
1 tsp honey
METHOD
Blitz everything in a blender, freeze and enjoy – simple!
For a change, make a super healthy banana ice cream by slicing 2 ripe bananas, freeze them on a plate covered with clingfilm (to stop them sticking together) then once frozen transfer to a blender. Super sweet and creamy – you won’t believe it’s just banana!
